What are Industrial Crane Training Australia’s key offerings?

Industrial Crane Training offers both off-the-shelf as well as tailored crane training solutions. The on-the-job crane training courses are AS 2550.3-2011 compliant, as well as complying with various State workplace safety regulations.

The crane training is designed for both Team Leaders, as well as operations and production personnel. Refresher crane training for experienced crane operators, is also available.

The key for us is knowing why you want to train your team and what your objectives are; as well as understanding your organisations' operating procedures (policies and processes). We work with you to complete a client checklist before the crane training workshops are scheduled; so that we're fully briefed about your specific requirements and standard operating processes. The crane training can then be tailored to meet your business' needs, and the examples referred to in the crane training material will be relevant to your industry.

The on-site crane training involves working with small groups of production/operations Team Leaders and employees in industrial crane safety. Specifically knowing what to do/not do with pre-operational checks, and when operating equipment; and what to do if something doesn't look, feel or sound right. By being more aware of how to properly operate equipment and report incidents, employees will be more aware of safely operating the equipment, thereby increasing their overall safety and productivity; and minimising workplace incidents.

The operations and production workshop is 90 minutes duration and is hands-on. It incorporates workshops, small group discussions, role-plays and a quiz; and is conducted on-site your using production equipment.
